Order Information
Customer notice: please allow 3-4 working days for sale orders to ship.
We ship worldwide (except Australia). Delivery to the UK is £2.50, rest of the EU is £4.99 and outside the EU is £7.99 (signed and tracked to ensure it gets to you). It can take roughly 5 working days for a tracking email to be sent to you.
Please note that we are a small business and we try to get orders out within 2-3 days.
Please allow 7 working days to receive your UK order and up to 14 working days to receive your international order. If you don't get your order within this time frame please let us know through Twitter or Email and we will ask you to wait one more week before we will happily resend your order. If you still don't receive your order after its been resent there is nothing else we can do.
Cancellation or change of address on an order can be made within 12 hours of purchase. However if your order is already sent we would need it sent back to us before a refund can be processed. Please ensure your shipping information is correct as we are not held accountable for missing orders, a refund will NOT be made. If your order is sent back to our studio due to it being unclaimed or having the incorrect address on it, we offer to resend it however a new delivery fee must be paid, if you don't want to pay the fee a refund can be made however the fee won't be included.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges UNLESS there is a manufacturing fault present (items that have perhaps been damaged via postal services). All items are checked before being dispatched however very occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find. We do not offer an exchange or return on ANY earrings due to hygiene circumstances. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges and are to email the issue to softcharmshop@gmail.com. Please remember to send returns in their original packaging to ensure safe delivery. Returns must be received to our studio within 14 working days of purchase. Items not received within this time-frame or in the same condition they are sent will not be accepted.
